Cancellations
Cancellations received 14 days prior to the program date are eligible to receive a full refund less the credit card processing fee.
Cancellations will be accepted via e-mail (info@x-medica.com), and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.
Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and the date and location of the program.
